Terms of Service

Sanrio~ is an online store that sells digital license keys for gaming software, game accounts, VPNs, HWID spoofers and related tools (the products). These Terms of Service apply whenever you browse the site, create an account, top up your wallet or buy a key.

By using Sanrio~ you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Sanrio~ is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher, anti-cheat vendor or other brand named on the site. All trademarks belong to their owners.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You can sign in with Discord or with an email address. Keep your login safe: everything done from your account counts as done by you.
• One account per person. Accounts, wallet balances and keys can't be sold, shared or transferred.
• Give us accurate information when you contact support. We may ask you to prove you own an order before we change anything on it.

Each product page lists the game, the supported platform, the plan length (1 day to lifetime), the key type and any warranty. Read it, and the product's requirements, before you buy. If you're unsure your system is supported, ask us first.

When you buy a key you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use that product for the plan length. The software itself is made by third-party developers; they keep all rights to it and may update, change or stop it.

• Normal Key: one license for the plan length shown.
• Combo: a bundle of several products or features under one purchase.
• HWID Reset: moves an existing license to a new device. It is not a license on its own.
• Beta: early access to software that may be unstable or change without notice.

Lifetime means for as long as the developer keeps the product running, not forever.

A key locks to the hardware ID (HWID) of the first PC that activates it. The license timer starts at first activation, unless the product page says it starts at purchase. After that, the time runs whether or not you play.

Changing PC, motherboard, drives or reinstalling Windows can change your HWID. To move a license you need an HWID Reset, which is sold separately.

Using cheats or other third-party tools can break a game's terms of service or end-user license agreement. Publishers and anti-cheat systems can suspend or ban accounts, devices or hardware IDs at any time.

It is your responsibility to check that using a product is legal where you live and to follow those laws.

Prices are set in US dollars. Other currencies shown on the site are estimates for convenience; you are charged the USD amount.

Purchases are paid from your wallet balance. You top up the wallet with one of the payment methods we accept (cards and wallets, bank transfer or QR, crypto). Some top-ups are confirmed by our team by hand, usually within minutes.

• Wallet balance is store credit. It is not money held for you, earns no interest, can't be withdrawn or transferred and can only be spent on Sanrio~.
• Fees charged by your bank, payment provider or blockchain network are yours to pay.
• We may refuse or reverse a top-up we believe is fraudulent or made with someone else's payment method.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund it to your wallet.

In-stock keys are delivered instantly. They appear in your Order history the moment the purchase goes through, and we don't send anything by post.

If a plan is out of stock you can preorder it. The price is taken from your wallet when you order, and the key is delivered automatically as soon as new stock arrives. You can cancel a preorder before it is delivered, as described in the Refund Policy.

Plans with a warranty badge (for example "7d warranty") are covered for that many days from delivery. If the key stops working during that time for a reason on our side or the developer's, we replace it or credit the unused days to your wallet.

After a game update, products usually go to Updating while the developer patches them. Downtime is a normal part of this kind of software and is not a defect. The Product status board shows each product's current state. If a time-limited product is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row, we add the lost time back to your key once it is working again.

Warranty does not cover bans, an HWID change, a system that doesn't meet the requirements or breaking these terms.

• Share, resell, rent out or publish keys or accounts without our written permission.
• Crack, decompile, reverse engineer, modify or bypass the licensing of any product or loader.
• Use stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or file a dispute for a purchase you made and received.
• Attack, scrape, overload or probe the security of the site, the Discord or our suppliers.
• Abuse, threaten or spam our staff or other customers, including in the community chat.
• Use the site to break any law.

If you break these terms we may warn you, revoke the keys involved, freeze your wallet or close your account. In clear cases of fraud or a chargeback we may act without warning. Keys revoked for misuse are not refunded.

You can stop using Sanrio~ at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). Unspent wallet balance is lost when an account is deleted, so spend it first.

Products are provided "as is" and "as available". The software comes from third parties, so we can't promise it is error-free, compatible with every system or available without interruption.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost game accounts, data, profit or time), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim is about.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer laws that can't be excluded where you live.

We may update these terms as the store changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after that date. If a change is important, we will also announce it in our Discord.
